Sony vaio fit 14 dead no life

Hi can somebody point me where to search on motherboard to find where is faulty ,laptop is like brand new bought on ebay ,I dont think is ever turn on but no signs of life ,have the shematic but dont know what to check first ,power jack is ok tested 19.5 v ?????
