    HP ProBook 4710s

    Hello folks, got this baybe in. Now when I turn it on the wireless light is orange and only the back light gets on but no post.
    The laptop came with HD4330 (216-0728020) never reworked this one neither do i know is this one the faulty one so what would you guys do 1st.

    Did ohm test and every everything is > 3 ohm's on the GPU.

    Also what I forgot to mention, when I hook it up to a external port I see that a video signal is found (since the monitor shows that) but nothing is posted. Shall I claim that the GPU need's rework?

      O right, finally had time to rework it. So if you get these symptoms just reball the GPU ( its the red expoy which got under the GPU don't ask how).
      Reballed and so far so good.

        That model has a ridiculous heatsink design. The GPU has almost no cooling and it runs between 70-100C. No wonder it dies.
