Help identifying this component on Dell Precision 5570

I have a Dell Precision 5570 with both left side USB-C ports not working. The right side USB-C port is working just fine. While poking around the CYPD6228-9 IC chip responsible for handling the left side ports, I found a short which points to this particular IC chip with markings "XE1" (PU3006). I currently do not have either the schematics or the boardview for this particular motherboard. So, I am hoping someone can tell me what this IC chip is.

1. Find mainboard model (probably LA-L402P)
2. Search in badcaps for schematics ( https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...402p-schematic )
3. As it looks like a diode then search for PD3006
4. Find a source for AZ4520-01F
