Acer E1-571 30AB cames on but no display

Hello Every one
After a screw short on the mother-board, i have changed the kbc who goes out, i have tried to read EC from the old one but no way
the problem still, after programming new EC bin from BADCAPS
the cpu get a litle warm, and no light on the keyboard, no display
After checking some voltages on the motherboard i have had :
- 3.2v on PCH_PWROK, SYS_PWROK, PCH_RSMRST,
- 1.05V ON CPU_PWRGD
BUT PLT_RST IS 0V AND SHORTED TO GND WITH 1.8Oh WHEN COMPUTER ON AND 0.2Oh WHEN COMPUTER IS OFF.
AND THE PROBLEM IS NOT FROM THE EC I HAVE ISOLATED THE PROT WHEN TESTION
Befor the screw short every thing was OK, and i do not knew wher it was rthe short
the motherboard is LA-B161P acer E1-571

+cpu_core is 1.7v

DIMM_DRAMRST is 0.121v, resistance to gnd is 318ohm
and it consume 270 mAh
