acer aspire v5 571p touching screen cracked led blue of power indicator blinks 1s lighted 3s off.

    Hello,
on this laptop acer aspire v571p the led of the power indicator blinks blue for periods of 1s lighted and 3s off after switch on and this indefinitely.
i tried the hard reset, cmos reset, changing the ram without results.
in order to reach the cmos battery i disassembled the laptop and did several mesures with my multimeter.
The 19v, 5v, 3v are well established after the chip 5v-3v. the following signals : 3d3v_aux_kbc (which supplies the sio chip) and 3d3_s5 are well established also.
but the signals: 3dv3_s0, pw_slp_s3# and pw_slp_s4 oscillate at the same rythm that the power indicator.
for the moment i didn't succeed to find what is the reason of this oscillation and what is the defectuous component.
i tried also with an external screen (my tv screen with hdmi port) but nothing new although i heared the connection and deconnection of the hdmi interface at the same rythm that the power indicator.
the supply of the bios chip is correct.
perhaps it's a matter in relation with the fact that my touch screen is cracked, and now is not operational?
is there somebody who could help me or give me more indications.
Thank you in advance for your answers.

    Hello,
i read somewhere that the 3d3v_s5, 3d3v_aux_kbc signals are established during all the states s0...s5, while 3d3v_s0 is present only for state s0; this explains the voltages measured.
But i don't understand why the system begins again and again the same sequence and doesn't stop if there is a default or a defectous component...
    Thank you for your answers.

      Hello,
as my system is dIsassembled i could make several measures. This morning and yesterday i observed that short-circuiting the pins 3-4 of rn2003 with the signals smb_data and smb_clk the blinking state disapeared and the power light blue was allways on and blue. Sometimes i had the same result touching the signal dramrst_cntrl_pch with the probe of my multimeter. Now The signals slp_s3 , slp_s4, all_power_ok are good. But on my system i didn't find the equivalent of the signal: all_system_pwrgd...
The motherboard is : husk_mb_11309_4m_48_4tu05_04m_WISTRON...and i have the schematics and bdv...
i tried to start the complete system with ssd, external keyboard and mouse ...but nothing happend...the light blue is allways on...
Thank you in advance for tour suggestions.
