Hello, I got HP 850 G5 for service. Both bios chips were removed from the motherboard. I transferred both chips from the identical donor board and cleaned the region. After switching on the laptop threw this message. I tried other dumps, but the error always returned. I also replaced the SLB9670 chip (I think that is TPM security chip), still the same... Anyone ANY idea? Thanks

by ugamazingI'm looking to upgrade several 8GB 820-00850 boards to 16GB or 32GB for personal use. I am curious what the best practice and process is for sourcing new replacement chips, and what vendor(s) you guys prefer? Another question is, how do I find compatible chips and their corresponding part/model numbers? For example, in the 820-00850 schematic, the DDR chip U2600 model listed (EDFB232A1MA) corresponds to 1x32GB chip. Of course, I would need 4x8GB chips to replace the 4x2GB chips currently on the board. How do I find compatible 8GB chips? Is it as simple as searching "BGA178 8GB 2133"...

by Voyager65Hi all,
I got a used HP and see this well known HP Endpoint Security Problem Screen. Someone seems to have removed the password and reflashed the bios with (maybe) a wrong serial etc.. I was able to read and write with my programmer a new bios onto it - same problem. I tried a downgrade, same.
I did password removal wir rcunlocker on several other machines without any problem. But this one is/was killed before. Appreciate any help.
