Dell Latitude 5530 part info required (PU4501)

Hi,
I have a broken Latitude 5530 with a damaged part which is marked PU4501.

The laptop wont turn on and i can only assume this part is the reason!

Can anybody supply a manufacturers name and part number so i can swap it out, and hopefully get a working laptop?

Whereabouts is this information on the PCB? Do i need dismantle everything or is it easily visible?

On the other side of the board. Or use search - Latitude 5530 mainboard gives sales ads with pictures as this:

Probably SY8386B. In my experience, this type of failure results in the IC being welded to the pads where it's burnt. I would say from the image this will be pins 2,3,4 which are the Vin pins. It takes a bit of practice and experience to remove welded IC's like this and run jumpers for the damaged pads. 3V rail could also be shorted, which is usually not a good thing.
