    Lenovo Y540-15IRH

hello, I have a lenovo legion y540 (nm-c221 rev 2.0), it suddenly turned off and then started to restart continuously, I reprogrammed the bios. After the reprogramming, the fans turned on for 5 seconds and then it turned off completely. The PU601 started to heat up and I discovered that there was an internal short in the ITE so I ordered a new one and put it on the board, but the laptop still doesn't give any sign, it doesn't start. I also read here on the forum that the IT8226E-192 on this model rewrites itself, is it true or do I have to rewrite it? I don't know what else to do with it...

    Help me, please 🥺

ok, so does the new IT8226E need to be programmed? I checked the continuity on pin 11 (VCC) with a multimeter and I have 460 mV, but if I power it with the laptop, the voltage is 0.

Can you help me with a .bin file for this laptop model?

I checked again and I don't have 3V voltage when I press the power button. So is it from ITE that it is not programmed?
