Water damaged motherboard 17 UMA 2-in-1

Is there anyone who can help me? I’ve identified this resistor with the code R2442, model_id voltage according to the motherboard specifications. The motherboard is a 17 UMA 2-in-1. I’ve replaced the resistor with 64.9k, following the schematic based on the motherboard specs, but it still won’t power on. The original resistor had no reading due to water damage, and I can’t find the original schematic—only the one for the Ice Lake CPU (10th gen), while this motherboard is 11th gen.

If anyone has the same specs as mine, I’d like to kindly ask if you could check the resistor value at this point and let me know what the correct value is.

ASUS TUF B450-PLUS II motherboard schematics, or does this 60B SMD resistor even matter?
    by schematic_jack
I think it would be dumb to toss a "modern" motherboard just because a resistor got scraped off, so here I am. I am hoping to find the right schematic so I can see if the motherboard can live without 1 of 3 60B SMDs in series likely scratched off by the backplate of a PCI-E card install or removal. It could be related to a functionality that is not needed or critical, or it could fry anything I plug into it and power on. If I could find a replacement, I could likely pop in on the board, but if I don't need to, then screw it, I don't mind leaving something dark that doesn't matter....

Asus ROG ga401IV motherboard - AC Short Protection resistor getting hot
    by gaelican
    Hi,

I am working on an Asus ROG laptop repair. I was able to find that there is a short on the motherboard, and the 20 volts from the charger only gets to the first mosfet before disappearing.

When looking around with a thermal camera, I noticed the chip marked "14C" in the picture was getting warm. Nothing else was receiving heat.

I found a boardview diagram and schematic for a motherboard that looks nearly identical, that has the same component. This appears to be marked as "AC Short Protection" with a value of 13.7KOhms.

    Water Damaged Toshiba 48L1435DB

I have a water damaged Toshiba TV that was hanging nicely on the wall then over the summer we had a new multi-million pound boiler system put in and right where this TV was hanging is a nice new pair of water pipes for the radiators...

The TV hasnt been used for a fair few months but it was needed again the other day and needless to say, it didn't power on or show any signs of life (no standby LED etc). After checking the fuse in the plug (and that the socket it was plugged in to worked) I decided to get up some step ladders to take a closer look and low and behold! It looks like...

    Dell Latitude E5590(La-f411p) water damaged
    by estabilito
    Hi,
I have water damaged Dell Latitude E5590 around charging ic.
Laptop was dead but i replaced some components like capacitors, resistors, resoldered charger(intersil 9538h) but traces under PQ904 dual mosfet(AOE6936) was burnt.
I rebuilt traces and both mosfets(PQ904 and PQ905) and after all this work laptop started turning on.
I dont have battery so i want to be sure if laptop behaviour is normal before buying.
On PL902 i have weird voltage around 5Volts, on battery socket voltage looks normal - 13.5v.
Is this voltage on pl902 normal?...
