Lenovo Legion Pro 5 not starting at all

Hello, this is my first topic here but i got e problem that i never had before so...
Device: Laptop
Brand: Lenovo
Model: Legion Pro 5 16ARX5
Motherboard: nm-f251 rev 1.0
Symptoms: dont start at all
It have 5v and 3,3v, it have 3.3v at powerbtn, it charging battery , but it dont have 1.8v at bios chips , dont have 3v at cpu , dont have 3v and neither of any signals at secondary EC ite8176fn-56a, at primary ec have all signals ok. I mention that not have any shorts. I injected 1.8 v at 8th pin from bios chip and the current was 30mA so looks ok. I suspect the secondary EC that is faulty. But im not sure, thats why i want your opinion.

i donloaded at some of 8 AM .Until from getting this from you i thought 3.3v regulator was faulty xD

update: so i find an issue. The coil PL6202 was in short.This coil is from 5v pd controller ti tps63599 bf. I unsolder and insulating the PJ between coil and this pd controller and i got 1.8v back on bios and laptop has started again but no image. Im wondering if the image things is because this chip too...
the cpu and gpu os slightly warm ,sign that is working.
