IC MARKING 13 FG IDENTIFICATION

Dear all

someone please help me how to find the ic. for example 13 FG is RT8068A. on schematic and i need to substitute.
i found one 13 ED. how do i find this datasheet!

From the datasheet:

So YM = date code.

Therefore, 13 ED = 13 FG

Cannot find PS5 IC (marking F2=8D) part number

Hello everyone.
Is there any chance somebody can find the part number of this chip or equivalent, in the attached photo?
It is from PS5 EDM-020 board, in the front usb section, near F3502.
It must be a Richtek ic, vqfn32 package style.

Find substitute for mosfet in servo board of versacamm sp-540v plotter

Hi There!
I am currently serviciing a plotter versacamm sp-540v
I found a shorted mosfet labeled J553 which corresponds with SJ-553s (surface mount)
Neither local stores nor other webpages that are able to provide it before 1 month (only aliexpress, with 1 month delivery) can provide this part
I need to find a substitute for it. Can anyone give me a hint on a part that I can use to replace it?

Also, given the schematic Im attaching (pg 36, transsitor Q1) , does it make sense that the whole machine won't turn on when I press the POWER button on the panel? This...

Component identification with marking W272 2898

I ahev a HP with motherboard X9M
Heating a lot under thermal camera, i found burn component with 14 legs with markinn W272 2898
I cant schematic or any related number on the google
Can anybody help ,please
