Now i got a XZZ ITE programmer and deleted the chip onboard. My checked bios file no only shows FF so it should be empty. But the laptop still doesn`t do anything.
I have 3,3v on the EC but pressing the power button shows nothing.
    Any ideas what do to?

The programmer you bought, does it also allow you to read the contents after your first power on? If the chip is still empty, then I would dump your main BIOS and check it in UEFI tool. Check to see if your EC code is in the padding at the head of the BIOS region. Go to BIOS region and expand, click on Padding that is underneath and select Hex View. Should have something similar to this in the header:

      ITE8380-EC-V0.00

You can dump this section with Extract as is, and save it as a BIN file (should be 840kb) if you want to extract the EC code manually for programming (requires a bit more work for that but it's pretty simple if you can use a hex editor ok).

According to the schematic, you should have an IT8226E-128/BX installed? Ensure what you put in matches exactly to what you took out.

If you know your EC is now ok, then check for RSMRST# on output of the EC to see if it is responding to power button. There isn't a power sequence in the schematic but usually it's waiting for a signal back from the PCH to proceed in the sequence.

I have two chips from different sellers. Both are empty but show the same behaviour. I found the header Info in my BIOS you mentioned.
I also tried a EC bin i found and after writing the power LED lightened up but i was able to find out that it doesn't mean anything.
So no auto programming. Since voltage stays at 0,05a when hitting the power button there is no reaction with empty or programmed chip.
