Dell Latitude 9510 Bios chip location

I have a pair of 9510's that i need to pull the BIOS file from, but I'm not having much luck finding the chips. The only 8 pin chips i can find appear to be under the CPU frame and i can't read the writing on them. Can anybody provide more advanced guidance?

Adding one more pic of the back of the board. I see a couple candidates here, with the main one being UZ5 in the top right corner or U8 or U8 just to the left of center.

Good Eyes, Mon2! I'm new to this type of stuff, but not to circuits. I was looking for smaller stuff.

Is this the one i want to desolder and put in a programmer then?

        Thanks a bunch

For sure this is a bios but suspecting that it is the bios for the MEC controller that is nearby. The MEC controller is a stand alone 8051 or Cortex ARM based device (you can check against the datasheet from Microchip). Based on the vicinity of this device, expecting this bios to be not the one you are after. There should be another device somewhere on the board. This device bears the Gigadevice logo so perhaps the other flash bios will also be from the same vendor. Keep searching and certainly wait for others to comment. You do not want to erase any flash device unless you have multiple verified backups first. Always R/W/V and make backups. The bios dumps are like gold when there are not public.

Since I've gone this far, I went ahead and pulled the rest of the foil and found two more SOI-8 chips, marked UT2 & UT3. I've included a photo of them and of the full back of the card for anybody else that would like to chime in. Which one do i pull and read?

            Identified chips:
            UC3: Gigabyte 25B256DY1G
            UT2: Winbond 25Q80DV1G
            UT3: Winbond 25X20CL1G

              Most likely it's this one:
              UC3: Gigadevice 25B256DYIG
Careful when desoldering it, you don't want to blow away the 0201 resistors close to it
This is a WSON8 8x6 package, make sure you have the correct adapter for it (a SOP8 clip won't work here)

UT3 may be for the Thunderbolt controller, UM2 may be for the USB-C PD controller (or something else), no schematics available unfortunately
