Thinkpad X280 NM-B521 No Power

Hello i have a problem with a ThinkPad X280 with NM-B521 Motherboard, laptop doesnt power on
I dissasembled IT and started Basic trouble shooting
+20v is getting to board so power delivery circuit is working
Next i started looking on the board and i felt a burning hot chip its BD4179 "ThinkEngine"
I desoldered it, no more chips are getting hot
But i founded that on the capacitor marked on the picture there is 0.8 ohm short to ground and it's not capacitor, after desoldering it it's Still 0.8 short

Could anybody help me with fixing this laptop

The standard method is to inject voltage and see what gets hot.
The capacitor indicated is the C2550 which is on the VCC3M rail.

If the ThinkEngine is dead then you might need to find another dead X280 (Preferably dead CPU) then start salvaging the ICs and stuff from there
