    TravelMate 660

Hello guys, I got this little guy over here. Namely he worked without problem installed OS etc, but then he turned off.

With little inspection I found a burned mosfet transistor (PQ51). Can someone identify or at least say which one I can put instead of it (got loads of MB around here).
Number which are left are "4800" (can I replace it with any Nchannel 4800 or just the same), now i didn't take it off to try will it work as I don't know what is it doing in the scheme. Ty for reading.

its usual n-channel 30v mosfet. every laptop step down power circuit have it. mostly on source.

in your case as it is alone, it is used as power switch for some of power switched rail

So an A04800B (from aspire 5520) 30V mostfet will fill in the spot?

K I have put a new one, and it starts normally. As the old one burned somehow I will test this one over the next hours to see will it make some problems again. Thanks for help
