acer aspire s3 cant turn on

when pluged in charger it shows charging with red led .standby current is ok .i tried with battery and without battery cant turn on.power switch also working and the voltages around it also ok..................any ideas

on aspire one 5 blinks its the power brick !
it indicates that you need a proper power supply!
get in to that check the dc jack adapter bla bla bla.
tell us after what happen

dc jeck is ok 19v, 3valws 5v alws all are ok

already tried but i used the downloaded`file from acer wibsite. any body have orignal file for this model acer aspire s3-951 please shere it for me

after changing kbc still same.i am getting 1v instead of 3v on power switch

did ask 4 post back the voltage at the switch 1v too low take out the ribbon cable and check the voltage at the gap G2701 point and use that to power it for test if voltage is 3 volts

I`m wondering if the bios battery its not low 3v maybe it should be 3.3v because the first stage in acer its +RTC_VCC
check in to that and see if you swap the bios battery what happens.
