Hello i need help i cant enter uefi or bios on mircosoft surface 1703,, but there is a logo with red bar and a unlocked padlo ked on thr middle.. is this a bios lock unit?

Good day everyone!
After week of searching I have finally found way to this forums. I have successfully bought Microsoft surface book 1 model 1703 from second hand. Yes, as surprise it has UEFI BIOS admin pass, so i can use my pc but cannot log in into bios. I have cheched those topics before where ppl are posting bios dumps, but im really "new" in this area of bios. Could you please help me to remove UEFI password? I have seen that people are even posting BIOS dumps and getting password out of it, so maybe how i can do it?
