HP Elitebook 8460p battery led white and blinking orange

Hello everyone

I have this Elitebook that wont turn on, only the battery led is white and blinking orange, does this even without battery.
If this is a error code i couldn't find any info about it.
Already tested with a another charger, measure the presence on 19v on the 19v rail, checked if there was capacitors in short-circuit

Measure the voltage to ground on each pin of the battery pack on the board. Testing is the smbus scl and sda lines are ok.

I checked the voltages of the battery pins on the board without the battery connected, and no shorts to the ground on pins except the gnd pins

1,2 - positive 0.8v
3 - sda - 0v
4 - scl - 3,3v
5 - ocp - 0v
6 - bat-det - 3,3v
7,8 - gnd

Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode. Measure the resistance to ground of this pin.
