I am having trouble identifying this chip, it's near where the power comes into the board. From a HP Victus 15. Says RW=AL UG1

I have a SOP-8 IC here on a motherboard (FKN-20006-A01259-YS-RS QU48 V1.6) from a QNAP TS-221 NAS that I believe has blown. Image here. It is getting 12V and outputting 5V on the top right leg but the leg leading to L6 has a slight burn mark and there is no output from it. It is marked either A8P3E or ABP3E, there is one more character at the end but it is illegible (this chip was covered in glue which seems to have taken some of the markings off). Based on what isn't working (ethernet LEDs, power LED, JMB362 AHCI controller, fan is getting 12V and 5V but no PWM signal) I suspect... -
