HP Omen 15-ek0013dx - Odd 4-Zone RGB Issue, Replacing Entire Keydeck Didn't Fix It

Replaced the keyboard+LED backlight+topdeck unit with a completely assembled aftermarket part a few months ago due to failing keys (Spacebar, X, R; seems to be a common issue for 2020 model). I thought this would also fix my RGB backlight issue but the problem remains, actually it got worse, so it has to be a failing part on the mobo itself. The middle RGB zone can no longer light up blue and is instead stuck on green, even if all kb backlight is turned off that zone stays lit..

Does anyone know what part number the IC labeled UI3 is? Seems to be some kind of LED controller chip. And the ones around it labeled QI16-QI24 look like transistors? Pin1 on QI16 goes to Pin1 of the RGB backlight connector labeled CNI3 on the other side of the board. Attached the boardview file for anyone interested. Have some board photos? The whole board and a shot of the chip would be helpful.

What was the original issue with the RGB before you replaced the KB? You said it got worse.

Sorry, no photos of the board yet. I'm using this laptop as my main PC and haven't had the time to pull the whole board out, unfortunately that chip is located on the underside. I'd like to at least find out the part# for that chip to order beforehand so I can maybe get this all done in one go.

The original issue was just some yellow-tinting to a few keys, majorly visible if set to white but not so bad with other colors. Luckily its still just a visual defect, but I've been thinking about selling this laptop to offset to cost of a new one and this definitely doesn't help the resale value.
