Dell 3537(la-9982P) No Display

Hi All,

After pressed power button all coils are showing prefer voltages except Vcore. Without power I checked that coil and its not shorted.
Checked pin 121 on kbc and it shows 3.1V at VR ON pin but 0V on Core IC's VR ON(Pin 8)
So I checked that pin without power and it only shows 9 oms with ground.
Is it too low or where I should check ?

What's the resistance to GND on PL502?
Whats the resistance to GND on pin121 of KBC?

Is it discrete or UMA model?

In PL502 is showing 14 Oms and 121 on KBC shows a lot oms like mega.

PL502 at 14 ohms is not correct.Should be close to 70-80 ohms.

Remove the core IC and check resistance to GND on VR_ON pin again. Is it same?

If yes, SOC is bad.
