Acer Aspire 8920G does not work the upper ram

this notebook with the upper ram inserted does not start (black screen) by removing the upper ram the notebook works fine, checked the connection of the ram and power supplies are all OK, even tried updating the bios.
anyone has any solution to try.

take the working ram from the lower slot, and put it in the upper slot - leave the lower slot empty.

if it works, your ram is too slow.
i have had this myself on a 5516
