Hp Envy 15 with Amd a10 5700m cpu overheats in 1-2 mins

I am having trouble with an old HP envy 15 touch with amd a10 5700m cpu.It was with 3 repair shops already they could not fix the not turning on issue.I fixed their mess and fixed the original problem which was?.... of course a shorted cap on the cpu power rail. So now it's all working but the cpu overheats in about 1-2 minutes.
Repasted properly, the heatsink sits fine on it,the heat is going through the heat pipe and the voltage is around 1.3v to the CPU.
Pins and the socket are fine.
    Does anyone have any ideas?
What else can it be ?
Can the CPU be dead this way?
    Very weird situation.......
Maybe it's simple and I just missed something

Check to see if heatsink is hot in both end. if only cpu side is hot and exhaust side is cold then you have a broken heatsink problem, which is very rare but happens sometimes.

Why do you say it overheat?
      Laptop shutdown? What temp?

Those cpu had realy low performance at release: more than 10 years ago ! and they are now totaly obsolète , they must be always at 100% usage in Windows 10? maybe that's why it overheat?

In bios or with windows it doesn't matter what it overheats in about 1-2 mins and it shuts down. The cpu is around 100 degrees when it shuts down. All that checked what I written in my first post.I don't see the reason for overheating that's why I'm asking here maybe someone had a similar issue with a laptop cpu.
I cannot see what the cpu usage in windows because it gets overheated before I get there 🙂.
It's definitely something deeper than heatsink etc.Maybe the cpu gets some noise on the power rail did not check that yet. When I have time I will definitely check it.

Very likely amd apu is dead. Another thing to check is the bios chip is listed in the bios or not. Sometimes an unsupported bios chip gives the same behaviour where fan spins at maximum and it shuts down in 1-2 mins.
