Hello, after unsuccessful cleaning, the laptop does not respond to the switch

MEC1515-NB I found a low resistance of 7Ω, +3VALV_EC power supply, after desoldering the MEC system, the resistance increased to 20KΩ, and the protective foil was melted on this system.
I found out that you need to enter the Serial Number for these systems.
This means that the MEC System must be purchased with software version D0, with the option of entering a Service Tag. Has anyone had experience with these systems?

I too read that post linked by pc_okay but unfortunately could'nt manage to get one from dell.
Whatever you buy from market dont work. I've 4 mb lying with me with shorted MEC1515.
So far i could fix only one mb by swapping the mec1515 from same mb with a shorted SOC but working MEC1515.

The systems must definitely be with the appropriate marking, for example for DEL, they identify the St number from the housing. So random systems will not work in a specific model. I posted a link to a store that has such systems. The photo shows an SMD system, they also have systems that are partially soldered like BGA
