820-00850 stuck at 5v 212mA

hey all
i have the same model 820-00850 stuck at 5v 212mA ,I get the following
PP3v3_g3h_rtc =3.3v all ports
PP3v3_upc_Xa_ldo =3.3V all the ports
pp1v8_upc_xa_ldoD=1.8v on all ports
pp1v8_slps2r = 1.8V on all ports
pp1v1_bmc_ldo-1.1v only in 3 ports the fourth port doesnt show up changed 2 cd3215c00 same issue

could it be the tbt rom for this.

What is the voltage to ground of PPBUS_G3H @ fuse F7000? Is it stable?

Is the 212mA current draw a fixed value and immediately jumps to this number?

F7000 12.5v
yes it gradually goes to 212mA on all ports only one port fails to get 1.1v BMC ldo.
also is cd3215c00 same as cd3215c00Z as the board has cd3215c00 thinking to replace that one port which doesn’t have 1.1v ldo BMC with cd3315c00Z
