question about capacitor replacement

i just bought this book and want change pc503....on schematic it mention 10uf/25v ....but on the book 10uf/6.3v....is this okay to replace?

With capacitor replacement, higher value is alloed but lower value is clear NO NO.

Eg 10uF/25V can be replaced with 16uF/25 or 16uF/50V. The value of capacitance and voltage-both must be equal or higher.
