A2229 ipad pro 12.9 4gen strange problem Logic Board related charging but no usb data

I have a strange problem with my iPad Pro 12.9 4Gen / A2229. When I start the device, it stays on the Apple logo, but when I heat the back of the device with a hair dryer, the device boots, but this time there is an interesting problem. The iPad is charging, but there is no USB data on the computer. The USB charging port has been changed and the chips seem normal, but I have given it to 2 different Apple services in Latvia, but the repair could not be done. Is there anyone who can help with this? Can someone support the repair by sending only the motherboard within Europe? Thank you.

How are you validating that there is no USB data? Be aware that there are USB C charge only cables. That is, the data lines are intentionally missing to save costs on the copper cabling inside of the cables. Be sure you have tested with a fully loaded USB C cable on this logic board.

I am using a fully loaded USB C cable that can provide data. Another iPad Pro 4gen works without problems with the same cable. However, an interesting situation. The device turns on when it heats up, but it is charging and the computer does not recognize it. The iPad does not work without heating and cannot be reset in Restore and DFU mode because the USB does not work. The device remains in the apple logo during the normal first start.
