LENOVO LEGION HY660 NM-D562 REV3.0 Power on but no sign of life

Hello,

I have this board, power button light on only when pressing power button, no fan spinning, nothing else.

I mesure those signals:

• ON/OFF# react normaly
• EC_RSMRST# 1.69V
• RTC_CLK missing
• PBTN_OUT# 3V when plug power but stay stuck at 0V after pressing button
• PM_SLP_S5# PM_SLP_S3# SYSON all missing...

I have a doubt on the cristal YC1, i see 1.77V on pin 2 and only 0.64v at pin 1 with a dirty oscilation fluctuating between 4 and 25khz
Cristal YC2 have 0.86V on both pin 1 & 3 with a clean oscilation at 48Mhz.

Any help please ?

YC1 seems working correctly though dso image will confirm that. make sure your DSO is set to AC mode and probe is at 10X while measring RTC Crystal.
What about SUSP#?

SUSP# is 0V too (but i think it's normal SUSP# is coming after PM_SLP_S5# .... right?)

If SUSP# is at zero(while resistance to GND reading is above 10K) it usually indicates a dry APU/SOC.
In such cases the apu/soc is not bad but dry and reballing them fixes it.
However,lenovo has black glue and its hard to remove without damage.
Honestly,I was successful on only 1 out of 7 attempts in lenovo. Always ended up in damaged ball points on motherboard side.
