this laptop have vga and displayport....both port not working like the video, when connect only give standby mode to the external monitor....any solution for this problem?

Please check if you have any issue in the device manager particular to display . A blank screen happens when the external monitor is not capable of a higher resolution. Check the highest resolution your external monitor can safely handle. Try to reduce the screen resolution of your internal lcd display specially when you are in duplicate mode. i have 2 monitor....1 monitor with 1 vga port....and other 1 have hdmi and DP port....im using direct cable VGA and DP, no adapter...but also same result no display on external
