NM-E051 ram onboard disable

Hi, I need to disable RAM onboard in NM-E051
Has anyone done this before or can help me turn it off? After enabling graphics in Device Manager, I get artefacts, squares and a restart. I suspect it's the built-in RAM.

I find which resistors are responsible for disable onboard RAM. Attached picture. Regards
