          hp la-c381p no power
when i put adaptor jack the led light ok white
          when i measure on pr315 there is no 19 v just i found 4 v . its should get 19 v on pin 1-2 and get 19 v on 3-4 pin i found just 4 v
          when i remove this resistor ( pr315 ) i found on resistor pin 1-2 19 v ok but pin 3-4 found 4 volt
i remove adaptor and measure all coils after resistor no short
          when i connected power supply no A ( 000 A )

            Same fault here:

            What is going on? Strange...

            Which charger IC is onboard?

Review the 2nd DCin mosfet. Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode.

Measure the resistance across this Dcin mosfet:

                      source(1-2-3) & drain (5-6-7-8)
                      source (1-2-3) & gate (4)
                      gate (4) & drain (5-6-7-8)

What is the resistance measurement of PR315?

With PR315 on the board, measure the resistance directly on pin # 1 to pin # 2 on the charger IC - measure at the contacts on the BQ24780S device.

Then measure the resistance to ground on pin # 2 of BQ24780S again.

                      Post each measurement.

If the rrsistance to GND measurement is correct at 400 Ohms on pin3-4 of PR315,then your main 19V rail is shorted.
