Lenovo Legion NM-F771 No turn on

I feel the problem is not in charging area. Some other part is drawing too much current to sink the main rail to 3-4V.
All components which receives 19V as VIN is doubtful or may be even some leaky cap on 19V rail.

3-4V is probably just stray voltage with DC-in MOSFETs disabled and not main power rail being pulled down (dropping 15V with several amps would set something on the DC-in circuit on fire). Could still be caused by an overcurrent condition somewhere or bad current sensing circuit though.

I found the cause of the current dropping to 3V, but I can't find the Richtek code.
I'm using a boardview just as help "nm-d601" and looking for the pu6201 corresponds to RT6585CGQW(3H = 2M), but its code does not correspond to the same one I removed from the motherboard which is RE=AD.
I wonder if they will be compatible, any ideas?

Update, replace the IC with a compatible one (3H) and the problem continues, I am checking the signals of that IC and it seems that it turns on and off the 3V.
The EN signal that comes from the KBC is also intermittent and 3VALV to,
Any signal that I should check?
