I removed and measured the source to drain of all mosfets circled in the red and they all measure 0.125VDS in diode mode. I guess it means game over?

All voltages are present except the CPU. GPU voltage is 0.8VDC. The CPU inductors measures 2.1 Ohms and the GPU inductors measures 0.4 Ohms. Any help will be appreciated.

I measure the resistance on all inductors and there is no short. One thing I noticed is when I try to disconnect the fan connector, the fan fast spins. Any help guys?

Does anyone has a repair manual on how to repair this mono. It seems that all voltages at the inductors are all present.
    Thanks

    Thanks SMDFlea!
It seemed to flux. Most likely it was reworked. I will review that area again.

Is that liquid damage or has it been reworked in that area

    Thanks mcplslg123.

myth77, the picture is the light from my microscope.
I will look again if there are any burns.
It just strange because the laptop fan spins and the CPU and GPU is warm when you press the power button but no post no image

Does this board need the 2133mhz Ram frequency in order to function?

If you have a lupe or microscope do a detailed visual inspection of the board, search for burned components, maybe some physical damage or water damage.

    Hi C0dR,
Thanks for replying. I do not have a board view nor schematic for this board but I will greatly appreciate if you can tell me where to take the measurements.
