Was the U7202 flash ever replaced or is the factory original?

problem solved! I checked with multimeter, and I found shorted PWR_CHG_VBATIN. I injected 2 volts and found capacitor PC4428 shorted, near the battery connector so I removed it. I have a question.. do you think I need to replace it? I read SC10U25V3MX-5-GP in the schematics.

Nice! From the part number, appears to be a 10uf at rated capacitor. This part will not be missed if it is not replaced. To say another way, if this low capacitor value is required to make the board functional then something else is wrong. Appears to be a general purpose bulk capacitor. Well done.
