Toshiba Dynabook EX/55LWH i3-Battery problem

I have this Toshiba Laptop which my Boss gave me, is Toshiba Dynabook EX/55LWH i3 processor.
If it is on with the Adapter it will work fine but if I add the battery then it will turn off I did all I could but still not ok. Please Guys I need your help please help me. Thank you all

check battery if ok. If battery ok, there might be problems on battery circuit.

open it and post some pictures
Mobo code so we can trace a schematic for it.
if we can`t find a schematic you need to trace back the fets that goes from dc in to those fets and battery.
