acer aspire 1810tz can not turn on

when power pressed it comes but then turn off after 2 seconds...........any ideas

start by taking all components off, ram, hard drive, cd rom, battery and see if it boots to bios, if yes the replace one at a time until you find the faulty part, if still no go its a board fault so checking voltages is the start and finding a schematic will be a big help.
The fault used to be the sign of the gpu/southbridge failure which involved reflow/reball.

i am working on motherboard only.all voltages seem to be ok bios i try already

cpu, gpu, ram.
i would do a reflow of the graphics chip.
was the fan blocked when you took it apart?
and part of the board look like its overheating?
dont forget a lot of motherboards wont start unless the keyboard and fans are plugged in so if you are trying to test with them missing you will have a hard time.

check all big coils for woltage when power off and then for voltage when power on.
