Porsche design - BOOK ONE = not charging

Hello, I need help with repairing a Porsche Design Book One laptop. The laptop isn’t charging either of the batteries. The charger is original, and I’ve tested it—it’s working fine. Unfortunately, neither battery is not charged after an hour of being connected to the laptop. Where should I start? What should I measure? How should I proceed? Please help. 2 bateries and have same simptomps not charging please help

Any schematics? Measure the voltage to ground on each pin of the battery connector that is on the logic board. Which charger IC is onboard? Share any silk screening on the logic board which may identify the model.

How is this unit powered? Is it through a standard power adapter or a USB Type C port?

Either way - locate the power connector and nearby should be the charger IC. It will be a square IC with pins on each side. We need to know the topside markings to confirm the IC is truly the charger IC. It is possible that the charger IC is from Texas Instruments and with the 'BQ' markings. The pix are not clear enough to locate the charger IC or the charger IC is on the opposite side of the PCB.

USB C implies that there will be a PD (power delivery) controller onboard between this connector and the main battery charger IC. Interested to know about which charger IC is present. Locate each square IC and share their topside markings. The popular ones are the 'BQ' series by Texas Instruments (former BenchmarQ).
