Dell Inspiron 1505

Hello! i have a problem with a inspiron maybe you guys can help me a little. the power led is green for 4-5 seconds ,i have 3 and 5 v in that period of time .The situation is the same with ram,proc installed or without them.Any help is appreciated.Thanks.

Try to check the power button or board, ribbon any think related to switch on.

well,it powers ,but only for few seconds.

There are chances that the windows is not booting because of the hard disk failure

thanks for suggestion,but the problem is not the hard drive.it should run without hdd too.as i said ...with proc and ram installed just for test,or without them it does the same thing as i mentioned.
