ACDRV at 19V is wrong. Either of the two dc-in mosfets is shorted. Check them in resistance mode between

Gate-Drain

you r right i found low resistance between Source&gate Source&Drain Gate&Drain of the 1st mosfet after charging port = 0.4 ohm i replaced it with n channel mosfet and now i have about 12 volt on battery coil and its work good - thank you

Nice to know you fixed it but the fault is pretty basic for someone who is in this forum from 2016. So put some more hard work in diagnosing problems. Hope you take it in postive manner.
