This one does not boot. consumption 20v 0.2A.

PPBUS_G3H=ok 8.79v
PP5V_S0=pulsing 0/5v
ALL_SYS_PWRGD =pulsing 3.3v
PPVCC_S0_CPU=pulsing 1.7v
PP1V05_S0SW_PCH_USB3=pulsing 1.07v
pulsing every 4 seconde

PPBUS_G3H is high. Remove the battery and check if the board boots.
