    Acer Aspire 3 ( dh5jv la-g021p Rev:1)

    The laptop does not start. 19V, 5V and 3.3V are present.
    ON/OFF button is a part of keypad. Is there a way how to check that ON/OFF button is working ( without replacing the keypad)?
    Or is it BIOS problem? Or anything else?
    What to try?
    Thank you for a hint.

      Thank you for the link. I followed the video. Shorted pin 27 and 28 but the laptop /fan did not start and it takes ( during time Iam shorting pins) about 1mA only.
      ( If keypad flex is unplug there is about 3.3V on pin 27. If keypad is pluged there only 0.3V. Pin 28 is ground.
      What should I try next?Thank you for help

        What is the history of this laptop? Just died one day?

        using original power adapter?

          Yes, just died one day. I use universal adapter that worked with every laptop in the past

            Would you have the attached parts on your board? This is from the Acer Aspire v3-571G schematics in my database.

            Not sure I fully understand. There is PWR button as a part of keypad, as we spoke above.Not separated.
            I enclosed a picture of the mainboard

                    I tried to start the laptop via SWK1 but still the same behaviour - the laptop did not start.
                    Do you think it can be BIOS problem or SuperIO or different problem?
