With care, measure and post the voltage to ground of each pin on the BQ charger IC for a review. Do attach the power adapter and battery for this review.

    Questions:

    1) Same charger IC part # was used for the replacement?

    2) BQ and other replaced parts are properly soldered onboard?

    3) Is the battery a known good battery? It was the same battery that worked with the fault motherboard?

      Found the problem
It was so easy but i have spent few hours to find it
The first mosfet from the power supply circuit was shorted,so it was working like a fuse. I didn`t check as the laptop was working fine.
      Now is charging
Thank you for your quick answwr
