Thinkpad E14 Gen 2 Ryzen 5 4000series computer is really slow

Thinkpad E14 Gen 2 Ryzen 5 4000series computer is really slow. Even when in BIOS, you can spot the screen being drawn up. Everything works but is really slow.

I know this may be caused by a messed quartz crystal microchip. Does anyone have any idea what I should be looking at?

why it is slow? cpu frequency?

Computer is super slow. It runs but everything takes forever to run. Just wondering what can be done except for trashing the motherboard.

My question is this: should I check quartz crystals? According to the schematics, computer has 2 of them.
