LENOVO B480 auto power on and no display

Issue: auto power on , No display tried flashed bios same issue

SYS_PWROK -0v
DDR3_DRAMRST# -1.5v

is not ok.

I've check the resistor 1k is ok. p[in1 has 3.3v but no output in pin 2 of the R3614 c3612 non stuff

ive check PIN 2 has 3.3v sorry about that maybe may tester was faulty also, what should I look next ?

All measurements looks good and consumption does indicate mobo is reading Ram -so very likely SDA/SCL communication is intact. 1st gen cpu's fail often. have you tried replacing the CPU?

If you have DSO, check LPC lines.

Infortunately I dont haveDSO i dont have access on the CPU also, maybe Ill jsut return this already flashed and rebuild the bios same issue
