dell inspiron n5110 usb problem

Hy all
Q3502
I don't know what burn on that USB extension cuz I can't read it.
I search the whole schematic and could not found what's that.
On the left side with 2 pins the top leg got 1.6v and the lower one got 3.3v, on the right side the leg(only one) got 1.6 v
I can't use any of those USB but the WiFi
Can I just bypass the 3.3v to the right side?

if you cant find it in schematic, so you are looking in to a wrong schematic. if it is a switch, you can bypass it.

i think its the wrong schematic.
but hey i already ordered from ebay another usb board.
if the notebook was mine i will have bypass it long time ago with cam recorder on (black box if it burst in to flames )
