hi
this laptop as the customer told rarley works for about 10 min, but i found only green leds with nothing in screen, i found the voltage on pin2 and pin1 and pin3 of bios 3.24v i changed a bios with new programmed one, the same voltages i got
no heat at all on the cpu ....but the fan was not working properly because of the dust covering the fan

Clean the board and go for a reflow.
If nothing change put back the original bios
