Acer aspire 5920g charges battery , blue ring light up . When power button pressed it turns on (no fan spins) and off after 1 second. Tried even naked motherboard (no memory,cpu,modem,cmos bat,vga card) but the same result. Found some common (on this model) capacitors shorted and replaced with no success. Any ideas ?

Video card oooor chip set but I only saw one Acer like thatJust cook it! It's already broken. -

Southbridge ? VGA is not embeded and when tested is not connected.
