Compaq f700

Have a strange problem with this laptop it will power on get to the option screen with the hp logo then it will shut down and power back up gets to the same screen and powers down again it will do this about 3 or 4 times then boot to what ever is in the dvd drive or the hard drive is this problem related to the nvidia gpu solder connections

The chip mcp67 is a problem you could reflow a little but make sure not too much as the chip can short and you dont get orignal ones are fake in the market the ones with date code 12+ are good but expensive
