Lenovo 3000 N100 shutdown randomly

i have a lenovo3000n100 laptop that shutdown alone randomly.done all the posibles solucions:apply termal paste ,change the ram,try with another charger,another hdd,done a Little bit of reflow.the only thing that escape is the processor.i don't have no ideea what happend.someone have the same problem?could someone help me with a schematic and some advices?

i was triyng with thw w7,then xp,then a live cd.same problem.i notice that if i let him a lot of time without starting then is working much time until is stopping.

some times is stop after 2 minutes ,some time after 20 minutes.

Have you checked if in safe mode working? Have you latest bios version installed?

seems like a thermal issue.

first i think so,but the way is shutting down is rare.
once is shutdown only the screen and the hdd led activity,the fan keep going,another time is shut down completely.i think it is some component from the motherboard that is not working properly.

I had a similar problem with an acer ...try reballing the chipset...it worked for me!

99% reball GPU, i made couple of them.
