Compaq CQ50 and CQ57 BSOD'S

Good evening guys. I have these laptops at the moment and they are giving constant blue screens. I have done all the usual things such as memory and hard drive checks but they still persist. None of the laptops are overheating as seen in hwmonitor and gpu-z. The cq50 runs the nvidia 8200m gpu and the 57 runs the radeon 6250 hd. I have pinpointed the cq57 down to the atikmdag.sys driver but cant seem to stop the bluescreens. I can disable the radeon in the device manager and the problems go away. The cq50 is throwing out all kinds of random blue screens. It may run well sometimes and goes back to running slow as a turtle. Maybe some of you guys have run into these motherboards and can tell me what is what. Thanks.

Have you tried to reinstall OS? Replace memory? Replace hdd?

I have done all that on the CQ50 laptop but the issues still persist. I have replaced only the memory on the CQ57 and ran a Western Digital diagnostic test that passed with no errors. The crash indicated comes from the atikmdag.sys driver and when it crashes the video goes garbled. It kind of reminds me of bad video memory on the motherboard. Thanks for your response.

reflow gpu/gmch - file.sys is a memory issue. if memory good then reflow might fix the error.

Thank you guys for all the responses. I was afraid that a reflow would probably fix the issues. The cq50 was doing all kinds of wonky things. I ordered a cheap board from ebay to try and rectify the issue. The cq57 is doing good after a recovery and new hard drive. No more crashes with it, knock on wood. Now to find out what might be causing the conflict in windows with the old drive. It does not crash in safe mode.
